Watch as Jaclyn and Raymond House share a family tradition…Raymond’s cheese dip!
See below for the recipe:
1 tbsp. of Italian Seasoning
1 tsp. of Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. of Black Pepper
1 c. Milk
1 block of your choice of melting cheese
1 lb. of meat of your choice (Raymond used ground turkey)
1 can of diced, tomatoes, peppers and onions
Brown meat until completely cooked. Cut up block of melting cheese and combine with diced, tomatoes, peppers and onions, seasonings, milk and meat. Set microwave for 5 minutes (may need more time depending on desired consistency). Stir as dip begins to melt until smooth.
Serve with chip of choice. Enjoy!
