The Northwest Arkansas Naturals will take on the Springfield Cardinals at Arvest Ball Park. Recording artist Tori Harper will perform before the game. Saturday morning, the Fayetteville Farmers’ Market will feature a cooking demonstration with Chef Justus Moll from Mt. Sequoyah. The demonstration will start at 9:00 a.m. and last until 11:00 a.m.
It will take place at the Fayetteville Roots Festival headquarters at 1 East Mountain street. Participants will learn two new recipes with fresh, seasonal produce from the farmers’ market. For details click here.
Twice a year the cities of Bentonville and Fayetteville partner for the Square 2 Square Bike Ride.
Saturday is the big day to grab your bike and hit the Razorback Greenway. You can still register for the 30 mile ride. Finishers receive a t-shirt, medal, and a pint glass. If there is inclement weather, the race will take place next Saturday. For details click here.
