Join a mountain biking kick off for the Arkansas Tour de Cure. The kick off will take place at 8th Street Market at 6:00 p.m.  Attendees will learn more about the Tour de Cure event that’s happening August 3 in support of the American Diabetes Association.  For details click here.

The American Red Cross is urging you to consider donating blood.  They will be accepting donations at the Bentonville Walmart on Walton Blvd from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.  To show their appreciation, those who donate blood or plasma through June 10 will receive a $5 Amazon gift card.  For details click here

The Ozark Chapter of the Arkansas Native Plant Society will deliver a talk on the native plant species that grow in the Ozarks.  One of the topics is about why using plants native to our region in landscaping
is a better option than non-native plants.  The event is happening at the Fayetteville Public Library at 6:00 p.m.  For details click here

It’s Tuesday, Taco Tuesday that is!  Happening at Axis Lounge in Fayetteville, there will be the tacos and two for one tamales plus half priced drinks.  You’re invited to join La Familia at Axis Lounge and celebrate Taco Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.  For details click here.

The fellows of the Artist Inc. Program have been working hard for eight weeks to bring you their art.  Each participating fellow will give a modified, five-minute “pecha kucha” style presentation at 6:30 p.m. at the Arts Center of the Ozarks.  For details click here.
