It looks like Netflix is headed back to the “upside down.” The streaming service released a new teaser trailer for the third season of Stranger Things. It doesn’t reveal much, just the episode titles for the season. One appears to confirm that the kids are getting a new hangout spot, the episode is titled “Mall Rats.” Stranger Things season three debuts on Netflix next summer.
If you’re visiting Tokyo anytime soon you might find a robot frying up your chicken. A major convenience store chain has developed a chicken-frying robot and will start trials starting Tuesday through December 28. Customers place their order and a paper container is set in the robot and about a minute later freshly fried bite-size bits of chicken come tumbling down. The company expects the robot to help overcome a manpower shortage and help reduce food waste.
Santa needs to rest before the big day. So he gets a little R&R in his swanky Swissotel suite in Chicago. It’s the 5th year the hotel has decked the halls with boughs of holly. This year’s theme is Christmas around the world with 15 trees each decorated with ornaments that reflect different cultures from around the world. Children can visit with Santa from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays and 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sundays through December 23. Want to live like Santa? You can book an overnight stay in Santa’s suite for a mere $2,500 a night.
