The 31-year-old Barbados native has raked in a $600-million fortune, surpassing Madonna, Celine Dion and Beyonce,the runners-up on the magazine’s annual list. Her wealth is thanks in part to her Fenty Beauty cosmetics company which raked in an estimated $570 million last year alone. Rihanna co-owns Fenty Beauty with French luxury goods company LVMH.

Cosmetic retailer Sephora will close all of its locations Wednesday for diversity training. The move comes after R&B singer SZA accused a Sephora location in Calabasas, California, of racial profiling back in April. The singer alleges security was called on her because a staff member believed she was stealing. Sephora told the singer last month that the retailer is committed to ensure that every customer feels welcome at its stores. Sephora says the diversity training includes stores, as well as its distribution center and corporate office.
