A traveling memorial honoring Vietnam Veterans is making its way to NWA.
Watch as Andrew Heath from Downtown Bentonville Inc., joins Good Day NWA with details on when and where you can see The Wall That Heals.
The memorial is a three-quarter scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial along with a mobile Education Center and will make a stop in Bentonville from Thursday, May 23 – Monday, May 27.
The Wall will be placed at Buckyball Field located at the entrance to Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and will be open 24 hours a day, beginning at 12:01 a.m. on May 23rd and closing at 1:00 p.m. on May 27. This experience is free to the public.
The Wall That Heals honors the more than three million Americans who served in the U.S. Armed forces in the Vietnam War and it bears the names of the more than 58,000 men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in Vietnam.
