JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — In a press release sent by the governor’s office, Gov. Mike Parson will be holding a press conference declaring a State of Emergency in Missouri because of COVID-19.

The press conference will be today, March 13, at 5 p.m., from the Governor’s Office.
