On Wednesday, driving in Springdale will be getting easier as a portion of the new Springdale northern bypass is complete.
Springdale Mayor Doug Sprouse, Arkansas Department of Transportation (AR-DOT), the Arkansas High Way Commission and others will gather on Wednesday to officially open the first section with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The event will take place at 11:00 a.m.
