Alcoholic Beverage Control approves Russellville dispensary to open

FORT SMITH, Ark. (KFTA) — The first medical marijuana dispensary has been approved to open in Russellville, Arkansas.

According to Scott Hardin, 420 Dispensary passed inspection to open for business.

The opening date is now at the discretion of the owners.

This is the 14th dispensary to open in Arkansas.

Fort Cannabis in Fort Smith is being inspected Friday, December 13, by Alcoholic Beverage Control agents.
