The Scott Family Amazeum will close early Saturday to accommodate “exceptional” demand for the unique experiences of the UnGala FUNdraiser.
The Amazeum will close at 2 p.m. Saturday to prepare for the fundraiser.
“Our team puts a ton of effort into this event for the community,” says Sam Dean, Amazeum Executive Director. “Creating one-of-a-kind experiences takes time and we want to make sure that our guests have an exceptional experience at our FUNdraiser. To do that requires us to close the museum a bit early to prepare for the most interactive, playful, grown-up experience in Northwest Arkansas.”
The UnGala gives grown-ups ages 21 and older the chance to tap into their inner child while at the same time helping children.
Funds raised during UnGala support Amazeum diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives and Amazeum-style learning experiences in communities throughout NWA.
Tickets to the UnGala are $100 and include a food truck buffet, adult beverages and the opportunity to play like a kid without worrying about what the kids might think.
The UnGala will be from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday.
