Arkansas has the sixth-highest number of vape users in the United States according to a recent survey.
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) investigated all 50 states for e-cigarette usage, reporting that as many as 5.7% of Arkansans use vape products.
The results come in the midst of a debate between health insurance companies as to whether they agree with the FDA that e-cigarettes qualify as tobacco products.
Oklahoma tops the list with more than 7% of the population reporting vape usage.
In 2018, the CDC found 3.6 million middle and high school students use vape products.
