The Botanical Garden of the Ozarks is welcoming people to the garden for free one night a week through the summer.
As part of Terrific Tuesday Nights, now through August, the Botanical Garden in Fayetteville will be open Tuesday evenings between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. at no cost.
Each week there will be entertainment or an activity.
Dozens of people joined in on Tuesday’s first event of the season with a performance by Opera in the Ozarks.
“Our part of the country is very fortunate to have this beautiful botanical garden here,” said Charlotte Taylor, Botanical Garden of The Ozarks executive director. “It is small, but it is mighty and it changes from week to week, so we want people to come out and see how wonderful it is.”
The final Terrific Tuesday Nights event will be Aug. 27 with a special Dog Days of Summer Night when you can bring your vaccinated, leashed dog to the garden.
