INDEPENDENCE COUNTY, Ark. (KFTA) — DNA testing proves that Hunter Biden is the father of Lunden Alexis Roberts’ child, according to a Circuit Court of Independence County record.
The information was released on Wednesday, November 20, and reads in part, “DNA testing has established with scientific certainty that defendant [Hunter Biden] is the father of the plaintiff’s [Lunden Alexis Roberts] child.”
The defendant is not expected to challenge the results of the DNA test or the testing process, according to court documents.
Once a paternity order is issued, one-year-old “Baby Doe” will be identified by the child’s full name and date of birth, the document states.
Roberts is asking that Biden pay child support, provide health insurance, and equally divide the costs of health-related expenses.
Roberts attorney, Clint Lancaster, says the results of the test were learned Nov. 9, but additional time was needed to notify the Biden family.
Lancaster says the two met while living in Washington, D.C.
Hunter Biden’s father, Joe Biden, who is the baby’s grandfather, is a presidential candidate for the Democratic Party. He has filed for the March 2020 Arkansas primary.
Doe’s mother says the paternity could put the child at risk of harm for the same reason the Biden family is protected by the United States Secret Service, as a direct result of Biden’s political status.
No secret service will be requested unless it’s necessary and threats will be monitored, Lancaster said.
The mother is described as, “a private person who values the child’s privacy.”
Lancaster says the next step will be determining the level of child support hunter should pay by analyzing all his assets.
