A lot of guests participated Thursday evening for day two of the “Give Kids a Miracle” telethon.
KNWA and FOX 24 partnered with Arkansas Children’s Northwest Hospital (ACNW) and Bio-Tech Pharmacal, Inc., for the telethon.
Evan Lee and Amanda Robinson explained to viewers what it means to have (ACNW) so close, especially in a time of emergency. They also shared why it’s important to donate.
The Atha family, Jace, Cristin, and Jonathan shared their story of how the hospital and its vicinity helped them cope during Jace’s heart procedure.
During the power hour — 6 p.m. — when donations are matched by the telethon’s sponsor Bio-Tech Pharmacal, Inc. Matthew Lance and Reagan Sheets were the guests — and Matthew shared his personal ACNW story with Chelsea Helms, news anchor from our sister station FOX 24.
Siblings Georgia and Harrison Milhem described the type of care they’ve received at the hospital — and it’s all been positive.
The telethon wraps up at 10:30 p.m., Thursday, February 21.
