The Benton County Sheriff’s Office notified the public of their supervision of a level 4 sex offender.
Sean Nichol Blackerby recently relocated to Benton County. According to the BCSO, Blackerby was allowed to register as “homeless” and is living in a Green 1996 Ford Econoline van in the Rogers area.
Deputies said Blackerby is being monitored by an ankle monitor to track his movements.
Blakcerby’s offense include sexual assault in the second degree and sexual assault in the fourth degree, according to the sex offender registry.
