The Arkansas Medical Marijuana Commission has finalized the process for accepting applications for prescription pot sellers and growers.
The commission will begin accepting applications on June 30.
Applicants have 90 days to submit the necessary paperwork.
Applications for people to apply for medical marijuana ID cards will also be available that same day.
You’ll have to fill out a personal information form and provide doctor certification.
Personal ID cards will not be distributed until 30 days before medical marijuana is available.
The commission says the earliest people will be able to purchase medical marijuana at dispensaries will be January 2018.
