Time to meet our Pets of the Week: Bubbles and Arlo. Clay Morgan with the Humane Society for Animals in Rogers introduces us to some animals needing good homes.
We have Bubbles, probably about a three year old beagle mix. She was abandoned and tied to our front gate about two weeks ago. We don’t know if she was owned by someone and they found her and tied her to the gate or someone abandoned her but she’s in the shelter. She’s been spayed and ready to be adopted. Bubbles plays well with other dogs, loves to go to the dog park and sniff around and plays well with male and female children. She’s a good all around dog, likes to car ride. She would be great for an apartment. Bubbles is fun but she’s not high energy.
We have Arlo here today. He’s a chihuahua pug mix and was found abandoned out in the rural parts of the county. We’ve had him neutered. He’s a great dog, loves to play with other dogs, go to the dog park and likes car rides. Arlo be a good apartment dog. He’s not high energy and he’s also very good with kids. You need to watch him in the summer time, he has a short nose, so any brachycephalic dogs in the summer time has a little harder time dealing with the heat. He’s just a fun loving dog and gets along with everyone. He would be a good dog for seniors or children or any situation.
