BENTONVILLE, Ark. (KFTA) — Mercy Hospital celebrated the opening of a new clinic in Bentonville Tuesday morning.
The facility on North Walton Boulevard features four primary care providers that offer family medicine, pediatrics and internal medicine.
And for you parents, it’s in an area that’s less than a minute from four public schools.
Mercy Clinic President Steve Goss said the explosion of growth prompted the demand for the new building.
“Northwest Arkansas’s growing so rapidly that there needs to be more and more access provided, and we were sort of already behind the game in that regard, even when we started this,” Goss said.
The clinic is Mercy’s sixth location in Bentonville.
It’s part of a $277 million expansion by Mercy into the region, including a seven-story addition to the main hospital.
