In Pea Ridge, friends and family of a missing police officer came together after the officer’s remains were found in Iowa just over a month ago.

A memorial for Cerilla Doyle was held at the city park with many sharing tears, memories of joy, and stories of how Doyle made such an impact on this community.

The Doyle family says this memorial will allow them to gain a piece of closer for their beloved family member.

“It’s nice to see what that the city loved her as much as she loved them and seeing that people are still coming, as long as they keep coming im going to stay here,” said Daughter of Cerilla, Danielle Doyle.

At the memorial, Mayor Crabtree declared November 18 as Cerilla Doyle Day in the city of Pea Ridge, allowing Doyle’s memory to live on.
