He’s a cute and energetic puppy waiting for his forever family.
Meet Maxwell from the Arkansas Weimaraner Rescue in our pet of the week.
Maxwell is a 13-week-old puppy who is half Weimaraner. His mother was rescued by the Texas Rescue Group and gave birth to 11 puppies two weeks later.
So he is half Weimaraner and the DNA test shows he’s 25 percent German Shephard, 15 percent miniature poodle and ten percent of a variety of things.
He has been raised in a foster home so he does not come from a shelter, he’s crate trained, he’s close to being housebroken.
Any big dog can be in an apartment if they’re giving the right amount of exercise. So if it’s somebody who is active, who runs, or walks and gonna give him some exercise I think he’s gonna be fine because since they’re already crate trained they’ll be good in that environment but they are gonna have to need some exercise.
