Rogers Man Pleads not Guilty to Murder


A Rogers man pleads not guilty to the murder of a man, that arrest records show he was once in a relationship with.

On Tuesday, Don Paul Yates, 53, pleaded not guilty of Capital Murder in the September death of  Patrick Quinley, 58. 

If convicted he could be sentenced to life in prison without parole or the death penalty.

Yates is being held without bond in the Benton County Jail.
