Rogers murder suspect scheduled for mental evaluation hearing

A Rogers man accused of killing his girlfriend is now scheduled for a mental evaluation hearing.

Kevin Clayborn was charged with capital murder last May in the death of his girlfriend Misha Rivera.

Benton County Circuit Judge Robin Green on Monday ordered Clayborn to get a mental evaluation in Little Rock.

Clayborn will appear in court next month to review the results.

If he is found guilty, he could be sentenced to life in prison or death.
