A stabbing early this morning left one man injured in Siloam Springs.
According to Captain Derek Spicer, officers responded to 820 West Twin Springs in reference to a possible stabbing. When officers arrived, the alleged victim had left the scene, transporting himself via personal vehicle to the Siloam Springs hospital.
Numerous witnesses were interviewed. One male subject was taken into custody for second degree battery and transported to the Benton County Sheriff’s Office.
It is believed this an isolated incident between two individuals who were known to one another and there is no present danger to the community. Officers and detectives remain on scene and the investigation is active and ongoing.
