Suspects Arrested in Fayetteville Shooting Plead Not Guilty

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA) — Two suspects arrested in connection with a Fayetteville shooting pleaded not guilty, officials say. 

The Washington County Circuit Clerk’s office said Jon A. Galyean, 22, and Cory D. Martinez, 23, both of Fayetteville, entered their pleas on Thursday. 

They were arrested in January in an apartment at 100 N. Tourmaline Way. A SWAT team was used in the arrest. 

Their arrest came after one person was injured in a January 17 shooting.
