In a new study from Northeaster University, researchers paired couples together for a game of trivia.

The scientists found that men displayed two forms of sexism, a hostile and arrogant type or a warm and friendly type. 


Researchers say this so-called ‘benevolent sexism’ can be just as harmful to gender equality as ‘hostile sexism.’

Spelunkers recently stumbled across treasure from the era of Alexander the great.

Members of an Israeli caving club found a stash of silver jewelry and two silver coins believed to be well over two-thousand years old, in a cave in northern Israel. 

The jewelry includes rings, bracelets and earrings.

The Israel antiquities authority believes the treasure was hidden during a period of unrest, following the death of Alexander the great.

An icicle so huge, it totaled cars after falling from the side of a Boston building.

The frozen pillar of ice started to melt Monday when temperatures warmed into the 40’s.

Melting chunks broke off, crushing roofs and smashing through windshields of cars in a parking lot below.

No one was hurt by the falling ice.

People in the neighborhood had been talking about potential problems from the massive icicle.

The day’s sudden warm-up caught them off-guard.

The newest member of a college lacrosse team is half the age of his teammates!

Meet 10-year-old Adam Stoflet.

He beat cancer — and on Friday, he signed a mock letter of intent to join the Bellarmine university lacrosse team.

Adam’s signing was organized by the friends of Jaclyn Foundation, which works to improve the quality of life for children and families who are battling pediatric brain tumors.

Adam will be on the sidelines with the team at their next home game.
