Two Clarksville Residents Arrested for First-Degree Murder

Two residents from Clarksville are facing first-degree murder charges.

James Trey Holt, 23, and Alan Kody Rice, 20, were arrested on Wednesday, January 16, by Arkansas State Police (ASP), according to the Johnson County Sheriff.

Holt and Rice were both taken into custody without incident. 

Both subjects are being held at the Johnson County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing. 

Due to the affidavit being sealed, no additional information will be released.​
