UAPD Invites Public to “Shoot/Don’t Shoot” Presentation

The University of Arkansas Police Department is hosting an interactive “shoot/don’t shoot” style video program this week.
According to the University, the program will put the public in the position of a police officer encountering a potentially dangerous situation. The presentation is an effort to help educate people on the issues involved in use of deadly force by police officers, according to UAPD.
This presentation will be held at Futrall Hall on the University of Arkansas campus until 8 p.m. today, Tuesday, March 15 from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Thursday, March 17 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.
