Woman Accused of Killing Grandmother With Hammer Gets Court Date


PEA RIDGE, Ark. (KFTA) — The woman accused of killing her grandmother with a hammer had a new court date set.

Andrea Wilson, 26, is facing a capital murder charge in connection to the death of Ruby Ross, 81, of Pea Ridge.

Wilson is set to be back in court on September 6.

Benton County Prosecutor Nathan Smith said any motion can be proposed during that hearing, including trial dates, charge dismissals and postponements.
