CLARKSVILLE, Ark. – A man is jailed on Rape and Battery charges after police say he struck a man and woman with a baseball bat before forcing the woman to perform sex acts on him.
The Clarksville Police Department says it happened June 23 inside an apartment on Shady Grove Road.
Officers were dispatched to the scene after several callers reported a disturbance.
Jason Lynn Donaldson, 44, is under arrest in the case and is being held on $25,000 bond at the Johnson County Detention Center.
When officers arrived they found an unconscious man with what appeared to be a head injury, lying in front of an apartment door. They also found a woman with a head injury. She told police Donaldson was the person who had hit her.
Both victims were taken to the hospital by ambulance. There’s no further word on their condition.
