A 22-year-old man was sentenced to six years in prison and ten years of supervised released on a child porn charge.
Richard Blaine Gamblin, of Springdale, was sentenced to six years in prison on one count of knowing receipt of child pornography.
According to the plea agreement, law enforcement was notified that an individual in Northwest Arkansas, later identified as Gamblin, uploaded images of child porn to an online storage account. Law enforcement issued a search warrant and found over 100 videos of minors engaging in sexually explicit content. Gamblin also admitted to owning the seized equipment used to download the child porn.
Gamblin was indicted in May 2016 and pleaded guilty in July 2016.
