Gabbie is out selling lemonade every chance she gets, rain or shine. She’s pouring her efforts into saving her dad’s life, hoping to help find a cure so no one else ever has to worry about Alzheimer’s again. She said she got refreshing idea from a neighbor.
“Our neighbor’s having a yard sale and when we had a yard sale i was selling lemonade, and i just remembered that and then I’m like, lemonade!, and then I just thought, hey I can raise some money for the Alzheimer’s walk,” said Young
Gabbie’s lemonade stand is set up right outside her house, where she sells not only lemonade but bracelets and rings as well! So far she’s raised 161 dollars for the cure.
“I’m going to do it every time someone I know has a yard sale,” said Young.
