FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KFTA) — The American Civil Liberties Union has filed a lawsuit against Arkansas, saying the Ten Commandments monument on state capitol grounds violates the First Amendment.

The lawsuit was filed on behalf of four agnostic women who say their rights are violated.

It says the monument shows the state has overt favoritism for one religion.

The ACLU wants it declared unconstitutional and taken down.
