AR House Approved Legislation to Ban Smoking Medical Marijuana Where Smoking Tobacco is Banned


The Arkansas House has approved legislation to ban the smoking of medical marijuana in places where tobacco smoking is also prohibited.

It now heads to the State Senate for consideration.

The bill would also ban smoking prescription pot in the presence of someone under the age of 14 inside a vehicle and in the presence of a pregnant woman. 

The measure also prohibits people under 21 from smoking medical marijuana.
