Around 8,000 Starbucks locations will close on Tuesday in order to do an anti-bias training with its employees.
The company announced the training after two African-American men were arrested at a Philadelphia Starbucks in April.
The incident sparked an outcry, and CEO Kevin Johnson apologized and promised to make sure that nothing like that would happen again.
The company is offering the mandatory meeting to 175,000 employees.
Participate stores will close around 2:00-3:00 p.m.
