FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KFTA) — Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge has filed an amended notice of appeal, challenging the ruling that the states medical marijuana permit rewarding process was unlawful.
Judge Wendall Griffen halted the permit process earlier this year.
Several companies have already filed notices as well.
Several people believe the panel did not choose pot cultivation permit holders fairly.
