New motions were filed in the case of the man who police say shook a baby to death and hid the body in a plastic container.
Tyler Hobbs, 22, was arrested after the baby’s body was found in a closet back in October of 2017.
In one of his past court appearances, Hobbs told the judge he’s not on any medication and has no psychological problems.
During Hobbs’ latest status hearing, his defense attorney filed two separate motions, one to reduce his bond and the other to recalculate speedy trial time.
The first will be heard May 3 at 11 a.m. in Washington County Court.
