Basil Parmesan Chicken Salad with Mayo Dressing

Basil Parmesan Chicken Salad
1 chicken breast, chopped
Tone’s® Salt & Pepper, to taste
Dusting Tone’s® Granulated Garlic
Dusting Tone’s® Paprika
Fresh parsley, rosemary and thyme, to taste
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
Green onion, chopped
Red onion, chopped
1 ½ cups Asiago cheese

Mayo Dressing
1 ½ cups mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sour cream
¼ cup parmesan, grated
Fresh basil, chopped
½ cup lemon juice
Tone’s® Salt & Pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon spicy mustard
1 tablespoon hot sauce

•Preheat oven to 350⁰F.
•Season chicken with salt, pepper, granulated garlic and paprika. Stuff the cavity of the chicken with fresh herbs and bake in the oven at 350⁰F for at least 1 hour. Remove chicken breasts and cool in the refrigerator. Once cooked, chop into cubes.
•In a bowl, combine cubed chicken, bell peppers, onions and cheese.
•Make the dressing by combining all ingredients in a bowl.
•Lastly combine the dressing with the chicken and serve alone with as a sandwich.
