The Bella Vista Police Department reporting a Level 4 sex offender moved into city limits on October 18, 2016.
Arron D. Walters, a level 4 registered sex offender, will be living on Evanton Drive in Bella Vista. A Level 4 sex offender is defined as a sexually violent predator.
Walters was convicted of 2 counts of Rape in April 2000. Documents show this offense involved Walters sexually abusing a 9-year-old male and an 8-year-old male that he babysat.
