Benton County Man Admits to Digitally Raping Teen, Officials Say

A Northwest Arkansas man admitted to digitally raping a teenager.

Dustin Wade Duncan, 23, was arrested by Benton County Sheriff’s Office officials on suspicion of rape, according to a probable cause affidavit.

The teenager contacted authorities and said that Duncan sexually assaulted her in the presence of two other teenagers, according to the affidavit.

The teen said she woke up and found Duncan with his hand in her pants, penetrating her. She also said that Duncan had his penis on her thigh and was in the act of trying to have intercourse with her, according to the affidavit.

The teen told investigators that the she was able to get away from Duncan, the affidavit states.

Investigators interviewed the other teens as well as Duncan. Duncan at first denied the allegation, but eventually admitted that he did penetrate the teen with his finger, according to the affidavit.

Duncan was booked into the Benton County Detention Center on $75,000 bond. 

Duncan has a criminal history that includes Theft – Breaking and Entering and Theft – Residential Burglary.
