Bentonville Police Arrest Casey’s General Store Robbery Suspect

News

Bentonville Police arrested a man after he robbed Casey’s General Store early Saturday morning.

Police say they got a call for a robbery around 4:30 a.m. at the store located on SE J Street and SE 28th Street.

According to police, 48-year-old Christopher Curry left on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

Police then connected a gray Chrysler 300 to the crime and conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and arrested Curry.

The investigation is still on going and police believe he could have a connection to other robberies in Northwest Arkansas and they are being assisted by the Springdale and Rogers Police Departments.

Curry is currently in the Benton County Jail on three felony counts of Aggravated Robbery.
