FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — A body was found in the parking lot of a Fort Smith hospital, police say. 

The Fort Smith Police Department said the body was found at Sparks Medical Center on Monday. 

It’s believed to be that of a man, and it was in the parking lot for several days before being discovered, authorities said. 

The individual hasn’t yet been identified, but police said there’s no sign of foul play.
