WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — The suspect in Fayetteville’s first homicide of 2023 is being held on a $750,000 cash-only bond.

Marcus Joiner, 40, is accused of killing his wife, local pathologist Amy Joiner, at their home at 1611 E Thornhill Drive earlier this month.

Joiner was arrested and charged with capital murder. His arraignment is set for May 22.
