(KARK) – A Cabot man is jailed after being arrested over the weekend on a domestic battery arrest involving his infant son.

The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) says Zachary Andrew Culp, 27, was booked into jail early Saturday morning after the child had been taken to the Arkansas Children’s Hospital emergency room.

A PCSO incident report notes that the baby boy had severe injuries described as multiple fractures and that Culp had admitted causing those injuries.

When deputies spoke to the child’s mother/Culp’s wife, she reportedly said she was unsure of how her son got the injuries.

There’s no further word on the child’s condition.
