Court Date Set for Man Accused of Breaking or Entering While Naked

A man who’s accused of causing damage to a Fayetteville vintage store while naked will be back in court in March.

Timothy Wayne Wood, 27, pleaded not guilty to crimes related to a strange incident on January 5 on College Avenue at the 410 Vintage Market store.

He faces charges of felony breaking or entering, as well as misdemeanor charges of theft of property, battery and criminal mischief.

Wood is next scheduled to appear in court on March 26 and is free on $5,000 bond.
