Barrett Baber said he was feeling relaxed going into Monday night’s performances, and he said that calmness carried over throughout the entire show. He said Monday was the most relaxed he had even been after a dress rehearsal.
“For me, this is just a, this is the fun part. The fun end to a really long and hard journey that’s paid dividends. So it’s been really cool and I’m excited. More excited than nervous by far, because I feel like really at this point we’ve all sort of done what we can do and the people that are going to vote for us are probably going to vote for us no matter what, you know, barring some sort of catastrophe. But I think that’s why I’m treating this as more of just a celebration of the end of a great journey and really in my head, reaching the starting line,” said Barrett Baber.
No matter what happens Tuesday night, Barrett said he takes off from that starting line on Wednesday. He is ready to walk away from this amazing Voice experience and turn it into something special. Be sure to watch KNWA/KARK at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday to find out who will be crowned The Voice.
