FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — The Fayetteville City Council approves the creation of a youth city board by unanimous vote.
The idea was proposed by Thaden School senior Kalvin Larson.
The program will allow students to understand how the local government is run, engage in real-world issues and have a voice on issues impacting the city.
