WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — A Fayetteville man charged with killing his wife has pleaded not guilty during his arraignment earlier today.
Marcus Joiner, 40, was arrested on April 16 as a suspect in the murder of his wife at their home at 1611 E Thornhill Drive.
Joiner was formally charged with capital murder last week.
The alleged murder made headlines as Fayetteville’s first homicide of 2023.
Joiner’s next court date is July 11.
