Fayetteville Police say the body of the missing man has been located

UPDATE:  According to the preliminary crash report, Bobby Shaw, 68, died in a motorcycle crash. 

The report states that Shaw was heading eastbound on State Highway 612 off-ramp to northbound Interstate 49 when he lost control making him drive off the right side of the roadway where he was thrown from the motorcycle. 

Shaw was driving a 2006 Yamaha MC. 

UPDATE: Fayetteville Police Sergeant, Tony Murphy, says the body of Bobby Shaw has been located.

Shaw was originally listed as missing and endangered on Tuesday. Murphy said the body was located in Arkansas State Police Jurisdiction.

KNWA spoke to the Arkansas State Police public information officer, Bill Sadler. He could not confirm the body found was Bobby Shaw. He said a preliminary crash summary was currently being drafted.

ORIGINAL ARTICLE: The Fayetteville Police Department is searching for a missing person they believe to be endangered.

Police are looking for Bobby Shaw, 68, of Lowell. He was last seen Saturday, September 15th. 

He is believed to be on his black cruiser motorcycle last seen in the area of Wedington and Interstate 49.
