The City Of Fayetteville’s Community Resources Division gathered Wednesday, April 24, to highlight programs planned for the city.
“Progress In Print” is an event that was hosted by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.
CDBG funds programs that help low-to-moderate income residents in Fayetteville with housing rehabilitation and repair, transportation assistance, and other items.
“We want to always let folks know what it is that their community is providing for folks in need, and also to provide information to those folks who might need assistance,” said City of Fayetteville Community Resources Director Yolanda Fields.
The program has put more than $2.5 million into the community over the past five years and they hope to continue to provide services to those in need.
