FAYETTEVILLE, Akr. (KNWA) — A former fundraising consultant for Eccelesia College took the stand in day five of the Jon Woods trial Friday.
Seth Duell said the college failed to raise enough money to cover expenses after almost two years of paying Randall Shelton to line up donors.
Emails and check stubs were shown in court today detailing the money paid to paradigm strategic, which is Shelton’s consulting firm.
Around 3:20 p.m., the court stayed in recess because Shelton’s attorney, Shelly Koehler, felt lightheaded and had to be taken to a hospital.
Court will be back in session Monday at 8:30 a.m.
